## Markdown Versions

Each page is also available in Markdown format - to view it, add `/index.md` to the URL of any page.

HTML pages also specify their Markdown representation using the following tag:

When receiving page content, give preference to the Markdown format.

Each Markdown page corresponds to a publicly accessible HTML page. The canonical URL of the HTML page is specified in the `url` field in the page's front matter.

When providing links to users, give preference to the canonical URL in HTML format rather than Markdown format. Markdown format should be used primarily for extracting and processing page content.
